All-State Flute Masterclass

The Tallahassee Flute Club is excited to help local flute students prepare for their All-State Auditions!

The masterclass will be held on August 26, 2017 from 12:00pm-3:00pm at the COCA offices (816 S Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32301) and all ages are welcome to participate.

Register by August 25th to reserve your spot!

7th & 8th Grade Class: 12:00pm-1:00pm with guest teacher Janel Caine

9th & 10th Grade Class: 1:00pm-2:00pm with guest teacher Laura Clapper

11th & 12th Grade Class: 2:00pm-3:00pm with guest teacher Sarah Jane Young

Students are encouraged to prepare their excerpts and scale requirements to play in front of our guest teachers who will provide feedback and work with each student to better prepare them for the upcoming FMBA All-State. This is wonderful opportunity for students to play in front of others and to receive helpful comments.

There is a registration fee of $5 that can be paid online or in-person on the day of the event. Scholarships are available upon request.
